In addition to their rich experience in entrepreneurship and management, our management team also has an international background. All of our team members have extensive experience in the management of large multinational enterprises, and are familiar with international markets. With this broad experience, we believe that our management team will be able to source international target opportunities, helping us to find the best possible target for our investors. Their collective experience, expertise, and ability to source a potential target is not limited by geographic region, and therefore management and our Board members will be considering a business combination target which could have operations anywhere in the world, excluding China.
